Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville South/Bartram Park

Our company has been staying at this property regularly for over two years for business needs. The hotel is a great place to call home away from home. It has all the amenities to make our stays comfortable. Special thanks to the afternoon host Kierra. She always maintains a positive friendly demeanor with a smile and outgoing personality. Any time I need something, from an extra coffee to a maintenance issue, she is on top of it immediately..

Joelle was THE BEST!!! She made us feel so welcomed and helped us with everything we needed. And Mat the bartender was so energetic and his bartending skills were amazing!!!!!

From the moment we walked in I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of lighting, which I like. We will definitely be back!

We were on our way back from Disney and luckily stumbled upon this hotel. They had one room left and were so kind about it. The room was very modern, it was spacious and CLEAN. They also offer continental breakfast! We were beyond happy with our stay and to make it even better, the staff helped return my daughter’s doll back to us. We had just gotten the doll at Disney so I called they were super helpful. It arrived no later than 3 days. We go to Florida once a year and will definitely be going back to this location!

Joelle at the Residence Inn was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly helpful during check-in and went above and beyond by personally bringing a rollaway bed up to our room. She even surprised us with a free treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her kindness and great attitude truly made our stay more comfortable and welcoming. The property is fantastic. Very clean from the parking lot to the bathroom. You can tell the staff works hard to maintain the hotel. I would say it exceeded my expectations. Check in was smooth, staff was polite & helpful, and the room was great. I was greeted by the most wonderful clean scent when I walked into my room, which was exceptionally clean. No stains on the carpet or furniture, no chips in the desks or tables. The fridge was quiet, the kitchen utensils matching and clean. I did a lot of cooking and really appreciated how they stocked the kitchen. Ok, the knives could have been a little sharper. My biggest complaint is the shower with the half glass- my floor towel was always wet. Oh they also installed something new (I’m guessing AC) and I could barely hear them doing work right outside my window. So no outside noises will bother you. Whenever works sends me to Jacksonville, this will be my default hotel. If you’re staying in Jacksonville for a bit, this is a great place to lay your hat.

The room is very nice with 2 queen beds and a large TV with bathroom and closet with a safe and the other side of the room is a nice kitchenette with a couch and chair. There is a TV and a computer work desk. There is a nice kitchen table for 4 too. The check in hostess was very professional and courteous.

Great location and friendly staff. I basically stay in hotels everynight Transporting items all over the country. I would stay here again only because of the full kitchen but they really need to clean under the beds. Thick layer of dust, eye mask, food and trash... water spots on shower windows and Handel's, faucets make me wonder how clean it really gets.
